About

I am a self-taught web developer. After acquiring a Master of Arts in Interactive Media Design from National Taipei University of Technology in 2014, I started my professional career as a graphic designer in Taipei city.

My interest in web development grew after stumbling upon a very simple hover effect that had to be done through purchasing a plugin. This was a pivotal point where I started my first “Hello World” project to really understand how HTML and CSS worked.

In 2017, I learned advanced Jade (Pug) and Sass. From Fiverr, I completed over 20+ landing page orders within the first four months of joining the platform. Later in November of that year, I joined LINE Taiwan as a markup engineer.

Today, I advocate modular markup and CSS styling written in Next.js (TypeScript). I also overview and delegate tasks, and maintain good relationships with Planning, Design, and DevOps teams to ensure a smooth delivery of each project.
